Terms and Conditions

Customer promotional campaign offering guaranteed cashback rewards to eligible customers who perform International Telegraphic Transfers via Branch of Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This offer is applicable for all new and existing Retail Individual customers (excluding Emirates NBD - KSA staff) of Emirates NBD - KSA.
The offer is valid from 24^th March 2025 and ends on 2^nd April 2025.
Eligibility: Minimum 2,000 equivalent in international transaction from Emirates NBD - KSA individual Account under Personal Banking, Priority Banking or Private Banking segment to be eligible for cashback.
The offer entails the following benefits on all FX international transfers through Emirates NBD - KSA (all channels):
- 10% Cashback guaranteed to top 10 customers in terms of highest transaction value ( equivalent) daily during the offer period/
- All international transactions will be free, and no Emirates NBD - KSA transaction charges will be applied during the offer period; however, Correspondent bank charges if any, shall be applicable.
Max cashback amount per customer is capped at 350.
Customer can have multiple transactions; however, cashback will be calculated only on one transaction meeting the minimum required amount during the offer period as defined in the Offer Terms.
Cash back will be credited to the customer’s Emirates NBD - KSA account by 30^th of the following month.
Emirates NBD - KSA will determine discretionally the customer’s eligibility and may disqualify customers if any breach of the Offer Terms is identified.
Emirates NBD - KSA shall not be responsible or held liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of technical failures of any kind whatsoever, and/or electronic or human error in the administration and/or processing of the transaction performed via Emirates NBD - KSA branches, internet banking/or Emirates NBD - KSA, Mobile App or errors in the determination of the customers’ eligibility for the Campaign.
Emirates NBD - KSA reserves the right to amend, shorten, cancel, suspend, or terminate this Offer or any part thereof along with 7 days’ notice. Such notice may be published by Emirates NBD - KSA via Emirates NBD - KSA website or through any other mode of communication as determined by Emirates NBD - KSA.
