Activating your Emirates NBD Credit Card

When you receive your Credit Card, please sign on the signature panel on the reverse of your card by using a ballpoint pen. Keep a photocopy of the front and back of your card for your records. You will need to activate your card before using it. To activate your Credit Card and generate your card PIN, please call us on 8007547777 (within the Kingdom) or +966112825566 (Outside the Kingdom).

Simple steps to activate your Emirates NBD Credit Card:

Please keep your Credit Card and mobile handy as the "Authentication Code" SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Dial 800 754 7777 from KSA, or +966 11 282 5566 from outside KSA.
Select your preferred language.
Choose “1” for Cards Option.
Choose “2” for Credit Card Activation.
Enter 16-digit number of your Credit Card.
Enter your Credit Card expiry date MM/YY.
Enter the authentication code sent to your registered mobile number with Emirates NBD.
Create your new Credit Card pin.
Re-enter the created Credit Card pin.

Your Credit Card will be ready for use once you have activated your card and set your PIN.
