Online Banking was introduced as a FREE service to all our customers.

During Online Banking sign up, you are required to set 3 secret questions and their answers.

It is important to remember your answers to the Secret Questions selected, as you will be using them frequently to access certain secure functions.

Every User in Online Banking is identified by a User ID. The User ID is a unique name chosen by the customer that can only be used by that customer. No one else in Online Banking can use the same User ID.

Your User Name is your permanent code and it cannot be changed. You can change your password at any time by choosing the option in Online Banking.
Yes, Online Banking provides you with online cross currency transfers. Given that you have sufficient funds, you will be able to transfer any amount up to the daily limit that you have placed.
You are able to pay your credit card settlements by our Payment option.
Yes you can apply for an initial approval for both credit cards and loans. The Bank will contact you in case you approved to complete the required documents.
You can retrieve your User Name and/or Password from Login Page using "Forgot Password" and "Forgot User Name" options.

To change your password online:

  • Log in to Internet Banking
  • Go to Setting then choose Security Setting option
  • Type the old password
  • Type the new password
  • To confirm, re-enter the new password
  • Press on the Submit
  • A confirmation message will be displayed indicating that your password has been changed

To change your secret questions and corresponding answers online:

  • Log in to Internet Banking
  • Go to Setting then choose Security Setting option
  • Choose Secret Questions
  • You will be asked to select new secret questions and enter their corresponding answers
  • Press on the Submit
  • A confirmation message will be displayed indicating that your answers to the secret questions have been reset
If you forgot your answers to secret questions, go to "Forgot Secret Questions" option in login page

The password lets you access your Online Banking service. It is always important to remember the password. Things to remember about your password:

  • The password is case sensitive
  • The password cannot be less than 14 and more than 25 characters
  • The password cannot be same as the user ID
  • It is always preferable to use an alphanumeric password
  • Do not share your password with anyone
  • Choose a password that you can only know and no one can guess
  • Please note: If you have forgotten the password, the Bank will not be able to give you the same password. The bank keeps no record of customer passwords.
