• It is not necessary for Branch Emirates NBD- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“ENBD”) customers to obtain any services to participate in the campaign.
• All ENBD KSA credit card customers are eligible to enter the draw with one entry into the draw.
• This offer is valid for ENBD KSA credit card customers, existing and new customers.

• To increase the chances of winning:
• International spend. Based on international spend band number of entries will increase.
• For every cumulative international spend greater than or equal SAR 1,000 and less than or equal to SAR 5,000 in foreign currencies, the customer will get one additional entry into the draw for every cumulative international spending equivalent to SAR 1,000 in foreign currencies.
• For every cumulative international spending greater than SAR 5,000 and less than or equal to SAR 10,000 in foreign currencies, the customer will get two additional entries into the draw for every cumulative international spending equivalent to SAR 1,000 in foreign currencies.
• For every cumulative international spending greater than SAR 10,000 in foreign currencies, the customer will get three additional entries into the draw for every cumulative international spending equivalent to SAR 1,000 in foreign currencies.
• Example to calculate number of entries:

• Number of Entries are calculated based on international transactions in multiples of SAR 1,000
• International spend definition: Transaction in non-SAR currency.
• Prizes:
• The first winner will get 1 Kg gold.
• The second winner will get 500 g gold.
• The next 250 winners, each will get 15 g gold bar.
• Exclusions:
• SADAD transaction, cash withdrawal, and digital wallet transactions are not included in the offer.
• Local transaction(s) in SAR currency not included in the offer.
• Transaction should be posted to be considered as eligible spend, transactions that are not posted are not eligible for the offer.
• Refunds/ reversal will be excluded from total spend calculation.
• Any fee or charges payable to the bank will be excluded from total spend calculation.
• Cards that are blocked or delinquent at the time of the draw will be excluded from the promotion.
• This offer cannot be used with any other promotions or offers.
• ENBD Employees are excluded from this campaign.
• The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/ designated authorized entity.
• To achieve transparency and credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participants will be shared with the Chamber of Commerce to conduct the draw and select the winners.
• The winners will be announced immediately after the draw, and the prizes will be made available by 30 September 2024. Winner(s) may have to visit a designated outlet with appropriate ID to collect the prize.
• The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.
• Each Participant is eligible to win one Prize only.
• Winners shall be contacted by the ENBD on a best effort basis on the mobile number registered with ENBD at any time during the Bank’s working hours. If the winner is not reachable after ten (10) tries for any reason whatsoever, the winner is deemed to have missed the winning chance and the Bank shall have absolute right to select another winner.
• The customer does not reserve the right to substitute the prize or substitute himself / herself as the winner.
• Bank reserves right to select alternate winner(s) if selected winner(s) decline the winnings under this promotion.
• Transactions on the supplementary Credit Cards will be counted under the main Credit Card account.
• Terms and conditions for branch of Emirates NBD-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia credit cards shall apply.
• ENBD shall not be liable to any account holder or any other persons for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Campaign, including without limitation, any error in computing any chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment.
• ENBD has the right to terminate this campaign or change any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants. This includes changing the rules regarding eligibility, campaign dates and any of the conditions mentioned. Terms and conditions for Branch of Emirates NBD Bank- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply.
• This campaign is exclusive from any other campaigns or offers ongoing during the same period. The customer will be eligible to win in only one of the campaign or offers. If the Eligible Customer has won a prize in any other campaign or offer during the same period, they would no longer be eligible for being part of subsequent draws of this campaign or any campaigns or offers conducted during the same period.
