Campaign Terms and Conditions:

• Campaign Period: From 1^st February 2025 till 31^st March 2025 (59 Days).
• All new products availed during the campaign period must be active at the time of the draw.
• The draw will take place under the supervision of the chamber of commerce/ designated authorized entity.
• Total number of Winners 514, and the draws will be as follows:
• First 500 winners will get SAR 1,000 cash prize each.
• Next 10 winners will get SAR 10,000 cash prize each.
• Next 2 winners will get SAR 50,000 cash prize each.
• Second last winner will get SAR 100,000 cash prize.
• The final winner will be drawn a home worth up to SAR 1,200,000 in the city  of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The bank commits to delivering the home prize amount to the property owner at the time of completion and transferring ownership to the winner within a period of two months (60 days) from the date of notification of the win.

Terms and Conditions:

• All existing Retail Banking customers of Branch of Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" customers are eligible to one entry into the draw.
• Existing customers are not required to obtain any banking products to participate in the campaign.
• The offer is valid for all existing Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia customers. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The offer is valid for new customers obtaining new banking products during the campaign period.
• Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is committed to cover all expenses related to the property transfer up to a total amount of SAR 1,200,000, inclusive of the property value.
• Regarding the real estate taxes, the winner is responsible to obtain the tax exemption certificate for the first residence (for Saudi nationals), if applicable, and paying any tax due to owning the property if the total cost exceeds the prize amount (SAR 1,200,000), the bank will reimburse the real estate tax if it is within the prize amount.
• The foreign winner is responsible for obtaining a license from the Ministry of Interior to own a residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reserve the right to eliminate the winner if any of the mentioned conditions are not met by the winner, and the bank reserve the rights to redraw to select a new winner.
• Each winner is eligible to win only one Prize.
• The winner does not reserve the right to substitute the prize with any other prizes.
• Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has the right to reject any request from any non-qualified customer.
• To achieve transparency and credibility, the name and Mobile number of the participant will be shared with the Chamber of Commerce to draw and select the winners.
• The winner agrees to participate in the media activity accompanying the announcement of the prize winners.
• This offer cannot be used with any other promotions or offers.
• Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Employees are excluded from this campaign.
• Terms and conditions for Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia banking products shall apply.
• Blocked or delinquent customers at the time of the draw will be excluded from the promotion.
• Additional chances for Personal finance, Credit Cards, Home Finance and Auto Lease will be calculated subject to booking the Financing /credit card installment payment plan in case the Financing/ credit installment payment plan is canceled and or not booked during the campaign period customer will not be eligible for the additional chances.
• Monthly average balance growth in Current and Saving Account will be calculated each month during the campaign and chances would be aggregated at the end of campaign. In each campaign month, the sum of growth in average balance for all Current and Saving Accounts held by the customer should be positive to earn chances on Current and Saving balances in each campaign month.
• Lucky draw will be conducted 15 working days after the campaign period in April 2025.
• The winners will be announced immediately after the draw, and the prizes will be delivered within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of the announcement.
• Winners shall be contacted by Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on a best effort basis on the mobile number registered with Emirates NBD Bank - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at any time during the Bank’s working hours. If the winner is not reachable after ten (10) tries for any reason whatsoever, the winner is deemed to have missed the winning chance and the Bank shall have absolute right to select another winner.
• Maximum of 60 Calendar days would be given to winners from the date of announcement to collect their prize, else the prize would be withdrawn and considered forfeited, and the Bank shall have absolute right to select another winner.
